Deposit and Payment:
A deposit of 25% per person is required at time of booking.
Balance of payment must be paid 45 days prior to departure.
Payments may be made by Visa or Mastercard, Money Order of Bankers
Draft. Credit card payments are subject to 3% service charge.
Pricing:
All prices on this website are quoted in Canadian dollars.
These prices are effective at the time of publication and may be subject
to change, should there be a substantial change to costs such as fuel,
rates of exchange, tariff revision etc.
If you have to cancel:
a) more than 45 days before departure, your deposit will be retained
to a maximum of 20% of the total price.
b) between 44 and 21 days before departure, 30% of the total price
will be retained.
c) between 20 and 7 days before departure, 50% of the total price
will be retained.
d) under 7 days, 100% of the total price will be retained.
Package Cost does not include:
Any international or domestic airfares. Meals, except where specified,
or items of a personal nature. Passports or visas, laundry, beverages
or food items not on the regular table d'hote menu.
Customary gratuities to drivers are discretionary.
Insurance:
We do recommend that you take insurance, although we cannot provide
it.

Smoking:
There is no smoking on any coaches, but smoke stops can be made at
regular intervals.
Travellers Who Need Special Assistance:
Any disability requiring special attention must be reported at time
of booking. While we will endeavour to accommodate travellers with
special needs, we cannot guarantee the ability to do so, as our coaches
are not designed for wheelchair travel.
Responsibility:
Great Northern Travel and Tours is responsibile for making transportation,
hotel and meal arrangements (where specified) and excursions (where
specified), but hotel and other suppliers (except coach) are independant
contractors, and therefore Great Northern Travel and Tours cannot
be responsible for any loss, damage, or expense occasioned by any
act of any other supplier providing services. We reserve the right
to withdraw the tour outlined, or any part thereof and to make alterations
as deemed necessary. The right is reserved to decline any person as
a member of a tour at any time. |
